This will be the first post about a Dutch team, and what a better way to start than with the Ajax soccer scarf.  AFC Ajax is from the city of Amsterdam, and plays at the Amsterdam ArenA, which I have had a chance to visit and walk on the grass :-)

Ajax is one of the top three Dutch teams, with the other two being Feyenoord and PSV.  Internationally Ajax has won three UEFA Champions League Cups (1971, 72 and 73) and is also only one of three teams to win all three European Cups at least once.

Probably the most famous player ever to come out of Ajax was Johan Cruijff, who played for the also famous Ajax team nicknamed the “Twelve Apostles”.

Back to the Ajax soccer scarf, here is a picture of it.  It retails for $9.99 with $6.99 shipping anywhere in the world.

A must have scarf for any Ajax soccer fan.

Today´s scarf of the day is a Bayer Leverkusen soccer scarf.  Bayer Leverkusen is a German team playing in the Bundesliga, and last season finished in 7th place.

Bayern LeverkusenBayer Leverkusen was founded in July of 1904, and is one of the oldest team in Germany, with over 104 years of age.  Bayer Leverkusen is a regular atop the German Bundesliga, but has yet to win a National Championship.  The team came very close in the 2000 and 2002 seasons, when they finished second, and on both occasions seemed to have the Championship won.

Internationally Bayer Leverkusen won a UEFA Championship in 1998, beating Espanyol.  In 2002 Bayer Leverkusen also lost a UEFA Champions League final to Real Madrid.  This final was the first time a team reached the Champions League final without actually winning the Championship in their home country.

Like all our other soccer scarves, the Bayer Leverkusen scarf sells for $9.99, with shipping of $6.99 anywhere in the world.  You can also find other German soccer team scarves for sale on our site.
